cancellation policy


All cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to info@elev8lacrosse.com.

 

Camps and Clinics

To cancel for any reason 10 business days prior to the start of a camp or clinic a refund is available less a 5% processing fee.  For cancellations received 9 business days or less a refund is available less a 25% processing fee.   Once the camp or clinic has begun no refund will be awarded  for any reason, including injury or illness.

There will be no partial refunds or full refunds due to unforeseeable weather conditions.
 

 

Travel Teams

Tryout fees are non-refundable.

Once a student-athlete has a accepted a spot on a travel team a $1000 deposit is due by the collection date to secure a spot.  This deposit is non-refundable.  All additional balance payments, once made, are non-refundable.

Withdrawals received prior to the balance collection date may be charged additional fees relating to outstanding program operating costs that are unable to be recovered due to the timing of the withdrawal.

Cancellations must be in writing and received by email one week prior to the balance collection date. We request that you provide a reason for cancellation so we are aware and can improve our services.
