Bob Snider - Director, Player Development & ELEV8 Assistant Coach

Born and raised in Calgary, AB, Bob began his lacrosse career with the Calgary Hornets Lacrosse Association. In 2003 he started playing for the Burnaby Lakers in the BC Junior A Lacrosse League as a defensive player and quickly climbed the ranks to be named the Defensive Player of the Year in 2006.  He also helped his team bring home 3 Minto Cup championship titles.

After his time with the Lakers, Bob was off to Louisville, KY to play for Bellarmine University Knights Lacrosse team.  While studying for his BA in Business Administration with a minor in Economics, Bob was also named Team Captain of the Bellarmine Knights two years in a row.  He also boasts bragging rights for holding the record in face-off wins and ground balls with the Knights.

In 2010, Bob was drafted 16th overall in the NLL entry draft by the Philadelphia Wings and today currently plays with the Washington Stealth of the NLL.  When he’s not honing his skills as a lacrosse player, he takes to the field as a lacrosse coach and position as the Director, Player Development with the ELEV8 Lacrosse program.
