The ELEV8 Elite Girls Program is built for student-athletes who are ready to elevate their game, embrace challenge, and grow in a culture of high expectations. Rooted in Character, Culture, and Compete, this program is for young women who want to develop both as athletes and as leaders—on and off the field.
Student-athletes train in an environment that encourages ownership, effort, and accountability. Whether you’re preparing for future collegiate play or working to raise your game, the Elite Girls Program offers a structured pathway to help you get there—with a team-first mindset and coaches who are invested in your long-term growth.
Understanding the Combine Tryout & ELEV8 Elite Girls Program
The Elite Fall Combine is the mandatory tryout for student-athletes pursuing placement on the ELEV8 Elite Girls Team. It’s a focused, high-standard environment where coaches evaluate skill, game sense, effort, and coachability.
The Combine introduces student-athletes to ELEV8’s expectations and team culture. Selection signifies readiness to train with intent and contribute to a high-performance program grounded in Character, Culture, and Compete. Those selected will join a disciplined and competitive team guided by professional coaches who model the habits and values required at the next level.

ELEV8’s coaching approach is rooted in intentional instruction and genuine mentorship. We believe strong habits build strong student-athletes—and that effort, consistency, and respect are just as important as technical ability. Every training session is designed to challenge, teach, and inspire.

The Elite Girls Program is led by coaches who have competed and coached at the NCAA, international, and professional levels. Our team includes former National Team members, collegiate standouts, and professional athletes with deep experience in women’s lacrosse.

Yes. The Girls Program is designed for student-athletes who are motivated to pursue post-secondary lacrosse opportunities. While recruitment looks different depending on a student-athlete’s stage, the program introduces foundational recruiting education, technical development, and competitive exposure that support long-term success.
Student-athletes are expected to:
– Attend all weekend team practices and midweek skill sessions (in-town athletes only)
– Complete required weekly athletic homework, including:
• Two (2) hours of stickwork or position-specific individual development
• Two (2) timed 5km runs
• Two (2) timed 300-yard shuttle runs
– Be in full attendance for the scheduled tournament event
Athletes must email their coach at least 72 hours in advance if a conflict arises. We do not excuse student-athletes from ELEV8 practices to attend another team’s practice. Conflicts with another team’s games may be excused on a case-by-case basis.
Participation in only one lacrosse team is required during the season to ensure consistency and reduce risk of injury. School-based programs are exempt from this requirement.
The Girls Program is designed to give families flexibility and ownership over their travel experience. Student-athletes travel with a parent or guardian, allowing for a more personal and supported experience at each tournament.
ELEV8 provides all key travel details—including tournament location, dates, schedules, and recommendations for accommodations—well in advance, so families can plan accordingly. While student-athletes do not travel as a team, the team remains connected and supported throughout the event, with team meals, structured warm-ups, and sideline support from the ELEV8 coaching staff.
The program fee covers a comprehensive experience designed to support each student-athlete’s growth, both on and off the field. It includes:
– All on-field training sessions (weekend practices and weekday skill sessions)
– Professional coaching from ELEV8’s experienced and qualified staff
– Tournament entry fees
– Game day snacks and hydration
– A team meal at the tournament location

The teams are led by female ELEV8 coaches with NCAA and international experience, supported by additional members of ELEV8’s professional coaching staff.
Coaches emphasize technical excellence, team culture, and mentorship—creating a developmentally appropriate and competitive environment for student-athletes at every stage.
