ELEV8 PRIVATE training

ELEV8 PT program designed to allow student-athletes to continue to build their lacrosse skills while having fun in an interactive manner.  They are open for registration year-round.

Increase your practice time and become a better athlete by scheduling your virtual one-on-one private lesson with an ELEV8 Lacrosse Coach.

LIVE one-on-one INCLUDES:

  • Live in person instruction at an agreed upon location.
  • Personalized lacrosse curriculum that is age and skill appropriate.​
  • Customized drills to keep student-athletes engaged and active.
  • Ability to ask an ELEV8 coach questions, receive individual tips, and receive actual in time one-on-one attention.

ONLINE TRAINING Include:

  • Individual and personalized lacrosse curriculum that is age and skill appropriate.
  • Customized drills to keep student-athletes engaged and active.
  • Ability to ask an ELEV8 coach questions, get individual tips, and receive one-on-one attention.
  • Fully interactive 20-minute video conference call with an ELEV8 Coach to review your video submission of your personalized curriculum and receive valuable coach feedback.

ONLINE TRAINING HOW TO:

  • Submit student-athletes' top two skills development goals through the registration process. ie. Right or Left Handed Shooting, Behind the back passing.
  • Receive your personalized lesson plan, with instructions on execution. 
  • Complete your customized lesson plan.
  • Submit your video clips demonstrating five to ten reps of each skill for review to ELEV8 Coaching Staff.
  • Schedule your follow-up 20-minute consultation video conference call to review the video clips and discuss further development opportunities.

ELEV8 Lacrosse is dedicated to providing as many outlets as possible for student-athletes to try and take their skills to the next level. If you are a student-athlete committed to constantly working on your craft, ELEV8 private lessons are a great fit for you.

ELEV8 Lacrosse offers individual, small group and team instruction for all skill levels. Players are given the highest level of instruction from our ELEV8 Coaching Staff.  

Instructional components range from basic skills: (passing,catching, ground balls); to high level skills such as technical shooting, wrong-hand passing/catching/and shooting mechanics, face-offs, footwork, terminology, and communication.
